Description
Keeping your data safe is one of our top priorities, therefore we are working on ISO 27001 certification. This certification includes pen-testing, internal and external audits and having procedures inlace for an emergency. By having ISO 270001 in place the reliability of the system increases.

Demand Based Mobilizing improvements
Description
One of the features of FireServiceRota is Demand Based Mobilizing, this feature makes sure only the people needed are alerted (and thus reducing overmanning). Based on acceptance/ rejectances the system will keep alerting until sufficient crew is found. We are adding extra features to Demand Based Mobilizing which makes sure that important skills are being hold back for a possible second callout.

Improvements on Fairness Principle alerting policy
Description
We have recently introduced the fairness principle in our alerting module. This fairness principle can be used for demand based mobilizing, to fairly alert individual users having the correct skills. But, it can also be used to make a seat allocation during a callout. Based on feedback of our customers, we are now improving the system to make it even better.

Description

Description
We are phasing out the old station monitor by replacing it with the new flexible dashboard. The dashboards allows for setting custom dashboards for each specific station fulfilling their needs. New Alerting Engine
Description
We have been working on a new alerting engine which opens up countless of possibilities. Fairness principle
Description
